Folic acid is a vitamin. It is important to every woman. A daily folic acid vitamin or serving of leafy greens, citrus fruits or whole grains helps to create healthy skin, hair, and nail cells. Also, taking folic acid before and during pregnancies can prevent major birth defects.
Take care of your beautiful body
- Visit your doctor once a year. Annual visits are like getting an oil change. It’s a way for us to prevent problems from happening. At each visit, ask the doctor any questions or issues you have.
